The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was in the university area, close to restaurants, and there was a 7-Eleven store nearby. I also liked that it was an easy walk to the free tram zone, making it convenient for me to explore the city. The room was lovely and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed. The staff provided great service and the breakfast had a good variety of dishes. the hotel had a bar area where I could relax in the afternoon.
There was a lift out of action during my stay, which made it inconvenient for me as a disabled guest.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and ample pillows. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly James the chef, were great. The hotel facilities, such as the rooftop pool, were enjoyable and not overcrowded.
